Saratoga Springs, a small, picturesque city, is the gateway to the Adirondack Park in upstate New York and lies 25 miles north of Albany, the state’s Capital City. In the 19th century people from around the world came to visit Saratoga Springs, the “Queen of the Spas,” renowned for its natural healing springs. Winter today in Saratoga Springs is invigorating, offering visitors many shops, restaurants and museums, as well as winter sports such as skating and cross-country skiing. Adirondack downhill skiing and wilderness snowshoeing are short drives away.

More information about Saratoga Springs is available on the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce web site (http://www.saratoga.org).
