Participants are responsible for their own lodging. The Holiday Inn is holding rooms at a special rate. Reservations must be made by January 22, 2004 to receive this rate.

Special accommodations package:

Single occupancy: $207.00 includes two night’s lodging (February 19 & 20, 2004), two continental breakfasts, one buffet lunch and one buffet dinner.

Double occupancy: $132.00 per person includes two night’s lodging (February 19 & 20, 2004), two continental breakfasts, one buffet lunch and one buffet dinner.

Lodging only (no meals) is $75.00 per night.

Transportation

• Air: Saratoga Springs is served through Albany International Airport, where several major airlines provide flights.
  Van service is available between the airport and the conference through RAR Transportation, at $40/person (one way). For arrangements call 518-857-6727. Reduced rates for multiple passengers possible.
• Train: Amtrak has a passenger station in Saratoga Springs.
• Automobile: The conference site is 25 miles north of Albany, NY, and is easily accessible via Interstate 87 (the Adirondack Northway). Detailed maps and driving directions may be obtained from the Holiday Inn web site.
