Applying the two-sample t Test

The Excel Data Analysis Toolpak includes several variations on the t Test. We will use the “t-Test: Two Sample Assuming Equal Variances”.

Again, it is important to remember that when we apply the t Test we are actually testing the null hypothesis that the difference between the means is zero.
