MDF seeks articles that capture the attention of HR and management professionals by providing relevant information that promotes new ways of thinking about effective managerial leadership, organizational learning and development, and change and innovation. We are looking for original articles that are grounded in accepted theory and that balance theory and research with practical applications. MDF is a peer-reviewed journal.
General topics of interest include change and innnovation, competency-based management development, human resource management, leadership effectiveness, organizational learning and development, total quality management and continuous improvement, self-management, and corporate management education.
MDF is published twice a year by the FORUM Management Development Program at Empire State College, State University of New York. This publication is distributed internationally to human resource professionals, trainers, academicians and consultants engaged in management development and education.
