• (5/18/12) The Student Connection, a student-run newsletter, has launched its 37th issue.  We are seeking student reporters/writers. Articles will cover general-interest and college-related topics, as well as student/alumni/faculty profiles. For more information or to get involved, see our Article Submission Guidelines or contact the editor at Student.Editor@esc.edu.
• (5/18/12) All May term registrations that are not paid for will be cancelled on Monday, May 21, at 8 a.m. E.D.T. Please review your account summary now and make sure that you do not have an outstanding balance. Acceptable payment arrangements are approved financial aid (as shown on your account summary) and the time payment plan.
• (5/17/12) Join us for the 8th Annual Student Academic Conference on October 12-13, 2012, hosted by the Niagara Frontier Center in Buffalo, NY. Registration is free. Visit the conference website for details about submitting art or a presentation proposal, as well as dates and deadlines, or email StudentAcademicConference@esc.edu.
• (5/16/12) Your opinion counts! Would you support the college's multi-year plan to maintain and enhance technology based services? In an effort to obtain students opinions and needs, and ultimately seek your support, we have created a short survey. Please take the time to complete the survey between now and May 25; your opinion matters.
• (5/14/12) Late registration opens today at 9:00 a.m. and closes Friday 5/18 at 500 p.m. E.D.T. If you register during the late registration period, your registration must be paid for immediately or your enrollment will not be finalized and your classes will be cancelled. If you sign up for the time payment plan, the first 1/3 payment installment must be made at the time of enrollment.
• (5/11/12) Payment for the May term is due by 5:00 p.m. E.D.T. today. You must have payment or payment arrangements in full in place (as shown on your account summary ) to avoid cancellation of your enrollment. Students who registered or changed their registration since May 7 will not receive a paper bill.
• (5/4/12) If you register or change your May registration after May 7, you will not receive a paper bill. You may view your account summary online. The payment due date for the May term is May 11, 2012. Enrollments not paid in full, or through approved financial aid, sponsorship or enrollment in the Time Payment Plan will be cancelled after the payment due date.
• (4/16/12) New College Secure Web Login System! The college will be scheduling maintenance windows for the launch of a new web-based login system April through May 2012. There will be NO change to usernames or passwords. Continue to use the same username and password as you did before the maintenance windows. The only changes you will see are: a new login form, reduced prompts for college login information, and logout by closing all browser tabs/windows. Read more about the new web login system.
• (3/14/12) Effective with the September 2012 term, all nonresident students will be charged according to out-of-state rates and will be eligible for an Empire State College grant. Please visit http://www.esc.edu/tuition for complete information.
• (2/2/12) The Financial Aid Orientation materials for 2012-2013 have been released. We recommend that all current and new students review the presentations to ensure understanding and maximum financial aid eligibility
• (10/6/11) The college's Annual Safety and Security Report and Procedures is available on the Safety and Security web site (http://www.esc.edu/safetyandsecurity).
