HCCC To Empire State College

Welcome to students from Herkimer County Community College (HCCC).

HCCC has worked with Empire State College to provide students with pathways to four-year SUNY degrees in a way that is flexible, convenient and economical. You can study at a distance, participate in local study groups, or work independently with a faculty mentor. Empire State College maintains convenient locations in Syracuse, Utica, Auburn, Binghamton, Ithaca and Watertown. Tuition is standard SUNY tuition.
