The New York State Division of Veterans' Affairs appointed Paul Stote, as State Veterans Counselor in its Empire State College Office in Saratoga Springs, NY.

The Division's office is located at Empire State College, Room 101, 1 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, N.Y. The purpose of this office is to provide benefits counseling and advocacy for student-veterans enrolled in the college, as well as to provide greater access to Saratoga County veterans and their families.
