Live Lean With the College's Health and Wellness Program

Do you want to Live Lean? If so, ditch the ice-cream, and learn how to become an “ex-muncher.” This program is NOT a diet, and is delivered fully through the internet. Why not learn how to say yes to healthy foods straight from your own home computer. Practice how to make smart choices, and utilize this weight management program designed just for you, there is no additional charge. Also, don’t forget about accessing your own personal wellness coach while you are Living Lean! Break your bad eating habits and check out this program.

To access Living Lean, go to the page "Student Wellness Assistance Program" and log in to the wellness program website, using the username and password which is provided. Once you enter the Student Wellness Assistance program you will see the Live Well Wellness programs in the top right corner.
