This site was written for students by students and is featured in the ThinkQuest competition web site. Depending upon your knowlege level, click on the "Pre-Algebra," "Algebra" or "Algebra II" links which are listed under the heading "Learn." This site has tutorials, sample problems and interactive quizzes. It also also includes a searchable formula database and a bulletin board. Use link for "Site Index" to look for specific concepts.

This is a well organized site for beginning algebra, with three major features: lessons, interactive worksheets and calculators that show how to solve problems step-by-step. Scroll to the bottom of the home page to view detailed study topics. It also includes section on word problems.

This site was originally developed by faculty members at the University of Texas El Paso math department and is a resource for math review from agebra to differential equations. Select "Algebra" and choose a topic. Each topic area includes definitions, rules, a tutorial, class notes, examples, exercises, answers and step-by-step solutions.
