This site is a section of a larger Empire State College web site covering educational planning resources and self-assessments in math and other subject areas. The math pages provide a comprehensive interactive assessment covering basic arithmetic, decimals, fractions, ratio and proportions, percentages and their use, statistics and probability, graphs, reading graphs, algebra, applied algebra, geometry and coordinate geometry. In addition to basic computation skills, the site includes questions assessing "quantitative analysis" skills related to problem-solving and data analysis. To begin the self tests, click on the link for "Next Document" located below the graduation cap graphic.

These exercises and practice problems were created by the math department at the University of Saskatchewan. This collection of exercises tests many of the math skills needed to succeed in university science, commerce, engineering, and mathematics courses. Choose an area from the main menu: mental arithmetic, algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, trigonometry, and exponential & logarithmic functions. Click directly on the math topic to obtain a very brief review, or click on an exercise button, (green button for introductory exercises, yellow button for moderate exercises or red button for advanced exercises). Solutions to exercises are provided.
