Application information

International Student Services Home > Admissions

Canadian border commuter students may complete the online application. Completed application materials should be returned to Admissions, Empire State College, Two Union Ave., Saratoga Springs NY 12866-4390.

In addition, the following documents must be completed to gain admission:

1. Canadian student statement of financial resources. This form must include the signature of a bank official and be notarized where necessary.

2. Current bank statements for the student and any and all sponsors
